At Bennett Franklin, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require students to reschedule or cancel their participation in a course. This policy outlines the conditions under which rescheduling or cancellation requests are handled.
Students may request to move their enrollment to a future batch under the following conditions:
Rescheduling requests are subject to seat availability and academic team approval. An administrative fee may apply.
All cancellations must be made in writing to support@bennettfranklinedu.com. Refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy. No refunds are issued after course access has begun or for scholarship-based enrollments.
In rare cases where Bennett Franklin must reschedule a class or batch due to operational reasons, all enrolled students will be notified in advance, and alternate options will be offered without additional cost.
If a course is canceled by the institution due to unforeseen circumstances, students will receive a full refund of their paid fees, or the option to transfer enrollment to a future batch or different program.
Students who fail to attend classes or join the program after the start date without prior intimation will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
In exceptional situations such as medical emergencies, requests for deferral or rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to documentary proof and academic committee approval.
